PUBLIC HEARING: Variance request submitted by Fred Klein for his property located at 506 Pinyon Ln.  The variance request is for a variance to the front setback for an outbuilding.  The proposal is to put a shop/garage 5’ off the lot line in the first layer.   The parcel is located on the south side of Pinyon Ln, zoned SD-4 Mountain Resort Zone, parcel #R380510300289.
