JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:

Poncha Town Center – Major Subdivision – Final Plat: a 15.15-acre parcel owned by 10100 W Highway 50, LLC to be divided into 14 lots for commercial use.  The subdivision is located on the northeast corner of the “south” US 50/285 intersection.  Parcel #3805102000084 & #380510200109.

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:

DeAnza Vista Multifamily Site Plan - proposing a 5-plex to the west of the “clubhouse” in on a 1.00 acre lot owned by William Simpson, parcel #380510100140; as well as, a variance request from 5.11.4.1.2 “For all multiple-family dwelling units, off street parking shall be located on the same property or within the same residential development and be within 50 feet of the structure the parking is to serve.”

Joint Public Hearing scheduled for November 26th, 2018 RE: Tailwind Subdivision - Final Plat

 

The proposed 2019 budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Trustees to be held November 26, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at the Poncha Springs Town Hall, 333 Burnett Avenue, Poncha Springs, CO.  Any interested elector of the Town of Poncha Springs may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
