JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:

DeAnza Vista Minor Zoning Map Amendment and Multifamily Site Plan - proposing a 6-plex to the west of the “clubhouse” on the 1.00 acre lot owned by William Simpson, parcel #380510100140; as well as, a variance request from 5.11.4.1.2 “For all multiple-family dwelling units, off street parking shall be located on the same property or within the same residential development and be within 50 feet of the structure the parking is to serve.”

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:

Poncha Meadows – Rezoning Request & Major Subdivision – Preliminary Plat: requesting rezoning 18.7 acres in the northwest corner from T4 to T3 and 19.9 acres in the southeast corner from T3 to T4 on a 147.71-acre parcel owned by JLS2, LLC and a request to divide the parcel into 10 blocks consisting of 91 residential lots, 4 undivided blocks, a 1.4-acre park, and 118.47-acres remaining.  The subdivision is located north of CR 128 and east of US Highway 285, 10815 CR 128, Parcel #380503300265.
