            Requested Special Events Permit by the Chaffee County Democrats for the ability to serve alcohol at their event scheduled for August 18th, 2018 located at the Town of Poncha Springs Town Hall and Chipeta Park

Poncha Town Center – Major Subdivision – Preliminary Plat: a 15.15-acre parcel owed by 10100 W Highway 50, LLC to be divided into 14 lots for commercial use.  The subdivision is located on the northeast corner of the “south” US50/285 intersection.  Parcel #R3805102000084 & #R380510200109.
