Reserve our Board Room and Chipeta Park for your special event

Our Board Room holds up to 136 people. We have 8 large rectangle tables, 8 large round tables, over 100 chairs, a projector and projector screen, and a small external computer speaker system. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and multiple coffee pots. Kitchen does not have a stove top range. Restrooms have 3 stalls each. 

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, closed 12pm - 1pm for lunch, and closed weekends and major holidays. If your event is scheduled outside of our normal office hours, you will need to check out a key 2 business days before your event. Your damage/cleaning deposit check will be returned to you as long as the room is left clean, trashcans emptied, extra tables and chairs returned to the storage closet, and nothing is damaged. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. 

You can also reserve the small pavilion equipped with an electrical socket, 6 picnic tables, 2 charcoal grills, and a bathroom at Chipeta Park. You will need to check out a key in order to use the bathroom located in the pavilion. 

We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit card payments must be made in-person during office hours. Security/cleaning deposit must be a check or cash, as we do not deposit it unless needed.
