The Poncha Springs Board of Trustees and Planning Commissioners
will hold a
Community Input Comprehensive Plan Update meeting on Wednesday,
August 3, 2011 - 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
at Town Hall, 330 Burnett Ave., Poncha Springs, CO
The meeting will include:
1) The Future Land Use Map,
2) Existing Conditions, and
3) Begin a review of Goals and Policies from the existing Comprehensive Plan

The Town of Poncha Springs is updating their Comprehensive Plan
Schedule of events:
June 22, 2011 – 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. Kickoff/BBQ
June 23, 2011 Comp Plan surveys will be hand delivered
by elected officials, planning commissioners, and staff
June 24, 2011
Surveys that were hand delivered will be picked up
or return to 330 Burnett Ave. – Town Hall
there is a drop box on the west side of town hall front door that can be used for returning your surveys
if the office is closed.
